What sets us apart? We don’t treat trauma-informed ministry as a trend, it’s a justice-driven, Spirit-led commitment to creating faith spaces where people can truly heal and thrive.

Passion2Plant Trauma Cohort: Leading, Planting, and Healing

with Jesus AND Justice at the Center

At Passion2Plant, we believe that true spiritual leadership must reckon with trauma, both personal and communal. That’s why our trauma cohorts go beyond theory. We offer three distinct yet connected learning spaces designed to equip faith leaders with the tools to lead, plant, and serve with compassion, resilience, and justice in mind.

Trauma-Informed Leadership

For anyone in church ministry, this cohort equips leaders to recognize the impact of trauma in their own lives and in the lives of those they serve—offering strategies to lead with care, integrity, and cultural humility

Jesus knew the tremendous brokenness of the world, and he knew the power of the Kingdom of Heaven to address the needs of people traumatized by the evil of this world and the effect of sin. Jesus had an amazing ability to see past the symptoms and see the individual… while still not ignoring the need or the trauma which had caused the symptoms in the first place!
