Justice-Oriented Church Planting Strategy

At Passion2Plant, we help pastors and leaders build new faith communities with justice woven into the DNA from day one. Multiethnic & Intercultural Ministry Design
Everyone wants to say they’re a “diverse church,” but few are willing to do the real work that makes it possible. Diversity alone isn’t enough. We help churches move beyond tokenism and toward a true Acts-inspired model that celebrates difference, centers marginalized voices, and creates welcoming spaces even when it challenges comfort or cultural dominance. Trauma-Informed Ministry Development
Before launching a trauma-informed ministry, leaders need formation. That’s why we encourage pastors and planters to begin with our training cohorts focused on trauma-informed leadership. From there, we offer consulting support to help implement these principles into existing churches or new church plants. We believe this work is non-negotiable, our communities deserve churches that understand the deep impact of trauma and are equipped to lead with care, healing, and resilience.
Digital Ministry Development
As pioneers in digital ministry, we equip leaders to take full advantage of the digital pulpit, not just to stream sermons, but to form disciples, build community, and speak truth in the public square.
