JCC is the signature training program that started it all for P2P. This cohort is perfect for men and women who are discerning a call to church planting and are preparing to be the lead church planter/pastor. This is also a great learning experience for key influencers in a church plant team or ministers who want to work in and through their community with a justice lens and deep biblical understanding of justice.

This cohort becomes a safe space for BIPOC and select Allies to learn from global majority voices about developing a holistic, justice-oriented philosophy of ministry for church planting or for church redirection. The cohort meets online and runs for from February to June. Our next cohort begins September 3, 2025. Deadline to apply is August 1, 2025.

The value of this course is $1500. However, with the support of donors, we can offer this for an investment of $600.
